Because they are sighthounds with keen eyesight, as well as being friendly, curious, and able to run 45 mph, Greyhounds must never be allowed off leash in an unenclosed area, even if you live in the country with acreage. Too often, a loose Greyhound = a dead Greyhound! Can you commit to keeping your Greyhound on leash at all times he/she is outside of an enclosed area?
